Did you select pay for item with Available Funds at checkout?
Go to your Purchase History, you say you clicked buy and confirm twice? Did you pay for 2 items? It will show in your Purchase History.

I strongly recommend contacting CS 8 a.m. on a weekday when the lines open for ' live agents' as then, there's more chance of Dublin answering.
