Is it the item sold on this account (which appears to have been sold twice)?
It was listed with ebay Simple Delivery using Evri.
I believe you have two options.
Pay at the Post Office to send the item - the seller would have to bear the cost of the postage and there would be no way to get the money back from the buyer,
You would need to tell the buyer a different carrier has been used and advise Ebaay that the tracking number has been changed.
Or, cancel the sale completely. Change the account settings to only use Royal Mail, refund the buyer then relist the item for the buyer to purchase again.
Available carriers and delivery options
You'll automatically be opted in to use all carriers that are available in this programme. If you would prefer not to send your items with a particular carrier, you can exclude them in your settings. Here's how:
- Go to your Postage preferences - opens in new window or tab.
- Select Edit next to Simple Delivery.
- Adjust the toggle next to the carrier you'd prefer not to use.
"There are two ways to be fooled. One is to believe what isn't true; the other is to refuse to believe what is true.”
Søren Kierkegaard, Danish philosopher (1813 - 1855)
