The item has not arrived but It's shown as delivered

Hi

I didn't receive the item for Royal mail  TQ548980787GB & TQ547842492GB.

I ordered these items from the same seller and he shipped both items on 1st DEC via Royal mail tracked 48 on 4th DEC. but I have not received the items yet. I tried to communicate with seller and asked him to file a claim for lost package to Royal mail. I received all items with royal mail and there is always a photo for the packages but for these packages there is no photo as a proof. I think delivery man lost the package. what should I do? should I check with paypal? Is there a way to get the item or get full refund?

Although there is not a picture of delivery, there are GPS co-ordinates,

Have you checked those?

The seller won't be able to make a claim because the items are shown as delivered and if you open a case for 'items not received' then the seller would most likely win it.

You can try a claim with Paypal but, again, as the items are shown as delivered, they may refuse a refund.

So, check the co-ordinates and maybe contact Royal Mail to see if there is evidence of mis-delivery.

You can't open a case with Ebay and Paypal at the same time although you can open a Paypal claim if your case with Ebay fails.
