I brought the delivery service in eBay, I paid £249 in eBay, but the delivery company said the delivery cost need to pay £500 , so I need extra to pay £250 to his account for delivery my piano. But The Piano be serious scratch on the left-hand side of The Piano. And other right hand side and others area of piano also have some scratches.
I contact with the delivery company, they haven’t to pick up my call. After that, I Send email with the damage Photos of the Piano and the Original Photos to let them to
comparison and the request to compensate.
But they are evading responsibility and refuse the compensate.
