Terrible Service

This post is regarding an unresolved issue with a shipping label from EBay  for a parcel that has been paid for by the buyer. Despite being promised a new label after contacting customer support, I have yet to receive it. This delay has left me unable to send the parcel, affecting the buyer’s experience. I phoned eBay from the post office and 2 people promised to call me back and I ended up queuing 3 times as they didn’t call. I was left standing at the post office for over an hour and in fact until they closed. 
It’s disgraceful.
