Anybody else having a problem loading jpeg pictures on to listings. Because I am. It tells me the pictures are in the "wrong" format and refuses to accept them. Hence I cannot list anything, and the help system has no bright ideas.
Getting SERIOUSLY fed up with e bay. This is the fourth time in a month I have had to contact them with a problem, and the more this happens the more I am inclined to try another platform,, or just overwhelm the local charity shop. I am a small private seller, and despite the extensive advertising campaign encouraging people to list "for free" (which must have cost) it seems that private sellers are on the receiving end of a punishment beating, and if it becomes too complex to list, private sellers with not sell here. I'm so angry and frustrated right now. Tempted to just remove all my listings and give up.
