Technical issue

Ebay tech team, again I ask why is one seller on ebay  and myself unable to send  message by text on the

retailer  sellers purchase page, where it shows option Contact Seller.

I can send a text message to other sellers but not  my regular seller where i order  gluten free cookies for years.

It is a recent glitch. There is a reason why the  message show  Failed to send why ?

Seller may have blocked you.

If it is business seller, their contact details will be listings.

Its at both ends, they cant message me either they said.
Forgot to mention that.
No they didn't block me.

How do you know seller can't message you if you say they have same issue?

The seller who l have shopped with for 5 years has provided their shop
phone number included on their retail shop address details. Is this an
ebay person from the help center if so am l permitted to include sellers
shop name ?l

TBH. Doesn't look like an ebay issue.

Just use sellers business details to contact them.

tech software on sellers ebay page ?

Ebay does not use TEXT messages. 

It is their own messaging service.
