Technical Assistance for malfunctioning listings

How does one get practical help from an actual person, rather than AI which misconstrues?  There is an issue with my listings where the Item Description is simply not shown when the item is listed in real time.

Please avoid answers like "sell similar item" or "revise listings" as I have already tried all those available options. Thank you.

Go to 'contact us' at the bottom of this page.

Put in 'speak to an agent' until you are offered a call back.

Sorry, thanks - none of those addresses my technical issue with a glitch on the system. They may be competent sellers but do not know why text vanishes, which is a problem with the system

I was responding to:  'How does one get practical help from an actual person, rather than AI which misconstrues?'

It's an Ebay issue so you need to speak to Ebay Customer Services.

If you get through to an agent, they can refer you to technical support if they can't sort out your issue.

Thank you - I knew that too, but the emphasis is always on 'if' rather than 'when' ... in practical terms your responses are of no great assistance beyond eBay instructions. But I see you marked your own response as 'helpful'; rather Pyrrhic in nature.

It's not possible for a responder to mark their own response as Helpful.

What's the listing number of the affected live listing that has no description showing?

Thank you. I have now managed to get support via email but, of course, that all drags out seeing the amount of stuff they'll have to deal with.

eBay item number:257325787071 is the sample one I have created for the purpose of illustration only -

If I set the entire text into HTML it looks like this listing 257324504899

Thanks for the listing numbers. I've a feeling that this is a user end issue though, nobody else across any of the Community boards has mentioned experiencing the same problem.

May I ask what device and browser you're using?

Thank you. I have had that once before about 12 years ago. Someone from eBay was able to figure it out though. I am using a PC (Dell Windows 11)  and I have tried it on Edge, Google, and Mozilla. Cleared all the caches, signed out and in, etc. but it also doesn't work when I use my tablet. It seems like something is  overlayering.

That is only when I click the HTML button - it does not reflect the original  writing as in earlier listings. See below. Even re-using those wipes the table off the listing.
