The system has added two items to one tracking number for different buyers ? I want to seprate them how can I do this with oiut cancelling an order

Contact eBay Customer Services but do so when the lines first open today at 8 a.m. as there's more chance of Dublin answering, see what they suggest as it's obviously some technical issue you've encountered.
