Hi.i recently sold a buy now product and the buyers location is the USA but the postage address is a business address in the UK.should I still.send the item or cancel??

That's fine, it's likely a freight forwarding company. 

All you need is a tracking number showing delivery to that address.

What is suspicious, many overseas buyers use forwarding agents in the UK. As far as you the seller is concerned, delivery to the address provided by ebay, is sufficient.

Have you googled the business address?

As long as you post tracked to address supplied by eBay when buyer paid, you are fine.

If item is forwarded on to USA, you are not liable what happens after that.

Not unusual for buyers to use forwarding agents.
