I bought an item and received it on the 16th. On the 18th the seller cancelled the order and sent me a refund that I never asked for. I had given a neutral feedback as there was minor damage that was not in seller's photo. Starting 2.30am Sunday morning I've been getting what I think are aggressive and threatening messages from him and making untrue claims and as of now I still haven't had this supposed refund. He says I have till Friday to send it back (gives no adress) or I'm reported. He says words like bloody, don't make me, mugged off & be massively careful what you say, you've broken guidelines. Somethings very wrong  here. I'm worried sick.

just ignore them.

The feedback they left you breaks eBay rules and if you report it the comment will be removed.

You have not done anything wrong.

Add the seller to your blocked list - that will mean they can't message you.

Report any further messages to Ebay - usually at the top of all messages you can see three dots '...'.  Click there to report the message.

If you receive the refund and you wish to return the item, I would message the buyer once to get an address.

You can see whether a refund is on its way, but time taken depends on how you paid.

I suggest you report seller to ebay.
