Sugestions please

2 minutes after buying an item and then realising that both skirts were not the same size, I requested a cancellation.  This was rejected as they said it was already posted (obviously, unless they live at a post office, it was not!) So I went with it.

A week later and after it stated delivery date, I checked the tracking and it seems that EVRI have not yet even received it and now they are not communicating - any suggestions please

and escalate it 3 complete working days later to get a full refund.
