Struggling with Sending options

Hi, please can anyone Help me. I buy & sell not a lot as I  can read I just  don't seem to a sort it to make sense.. So iv just made a sale & went to the Address to send to.. Which I would just write myself But this says:-

-Get prepaid label (no printer req)

Or

-print label Or  take the QR code to drop off location

Prepaid label from where? 

& I don't have a printer  

& take what QR code to a drop off?

If its a code I can speak  it to the post office  that's OK 

But I don't use QR in anyway at all  connecting my screen to these scan codes 

What do I do please for the best

Simple Delivery has kicked in, I have included a link below to explain this which is now mandatory for all Private sellers, coming in for everyone on the 15th April.

All postage has to now,  be purchased through eBay.  This results in either printing off a tracked label, after a purchase is made,  or eBay provide a QR code and hopefully  with that your Post Office can scan and apply the correct label.

thanks for replying,.. Seems  ebays making it hard for things that don't make sense as I thought the tracking number added.. Anyway sorry umm I'll have to find a way my phone screen  not scannable screens wrecked & I don't have printer  

Maybe I could get a mini printer...

You're welcome, if you have time and coffee brewed,  take a peek at the many long threads re the subject of Simple Delivery on this forum,  many , many unhappy and bemused peeps, as some things need a lot of clarifying still .
