Hi all,
I've sold an item and the package is 51cm x 40cm x 65cm. I don't have any scales but it's also heavy.
Ebay simple delivery has picked Royal Mail when DHL is going to be required.
There's absolutely no way I can see of changing this. They'll turn up tomorrow and tell me it's too big for sure.
Ebay's help system is completely useless. What can do? cancel and re-list as buy it now with different dimensions? (I don't remember seeing any way to specify them).
This new system is just not fit for purpose.
