Sold item where buyer says shipping and its trying to charge me

I sold an item i have sold load of before and it shows that the buyer payed x amount for shipping but when I try and print the label it is asking me to pay for the shipping. Does anyone know what this order has done that?

Your most recent sale was the 19th May, is it that one?

That was sold using Special Delivery so you should have just been asked to print a label or use a QR code, the buyer paid for the postage to ebay.
