Hi, I made an offer on a item, which I wished to collect. However I forgot to include this information in the offer notes. The seller accepted, and the postage was added. Can the seller rectify this?
As you need to receive the collection code which won't happen for a postage item the seller would have to cancel the transaction and relist. A refund will be issued in the process ready for you to buy and pay again.
The problem here is the "automation" of the offer/purchase system. If a collection is an option, it should be a specified option within the offer process.
