Sold but not paid. I sold 4 jackets at the start of February and as yet have only been paid for one.

I sold four jackets earlier in the year which have got positive feedback but as yet I have only been paid £4.74 relating to one item. Puzzled. Where has my money gone?

Payouts for sellers has had  big make over.

When tracking shows delivery your payout is released 2 days after that delivery date.

No tracking ?  Payouts are held for 14 days.

Low value items £10 and under any feedback left can release the payout sooner.
