Sold an item that goes over the small parcel threshold after packaging.

I sold an item that I thought was under 2kg. However, after packaging, it's about 100g over so no longer eligible as a small parcel.  I have tried cancelling the postage label through ebay but it won't let me. Is my only option to cancel the whole order or can I pay the difference at the Post Office and get it bumped up to medium parcel?

You either cancel the whole thing and relist with correct postage.   Or buy the postage yourself and change the tracking number.
