Sold an item at auction

The seller bought 3 items then cancelled one item know asking to make a deal on other 2 items after winning the auction i don't want to send the items because I know he will make a complaint about it.

If they haven't paid stall them until you can issue an Unpaid Item cancellation after 4 complete days.  More info:
