So Called Simple Postage! NOT!!!

Ebay as a platform is done for it’s dead. I have 100% positive feedback, shipping labels are always bought via ebay and shipped immediately. I am an excellent seller with an excellent reputation. I get an email from eBay congratulations you can now list an unlimited amount of items! Woohoo! Fill your boots! Gwan gal! So I list loads of stuff as they invited me to, then my account gets immediately restricted as their algorithm has flagged up a change in my selling patterns. Dur!!! Yes it’s gone up because you told me to list more! So now my funds are on hold (eBay took their profit out of it though of course) I can’t generate the PRE PAID postage labels from eBay now because of the restriction but the customers have prepaid labels so the postage has already been taken so I have been told by eBay customer service to dip into my own pocket and buy postage myself AGAIN privately out of MY OWN MONEY even though the postage has already been taken by eBay for those pre paid postage labels so that will eat into my profit as now paying twice for postage because of this restriction.
I’m held to ransom though because if I don’t ship those items today the customers can put in an item not received request and leave me negative feedback in essence my eBay account damaged by eBay’s own internal mess. So I’m being robbed today (which seems to have been the theme of 2025!) and having to pay 2 lots of postage because eBay have restricted my account and access to funds because I have sold more stuff after they invite me to do so!!! To add insult to injury it was supposed to be a 5 day restriction that doesn’t get automatically lifted until the 20th December so actually a 10 day restriction of a top class seller who has now missed the Christmas sales market and the busiest week of the year. And they wonder why their brand is dying and people are using Vinted. I really do hate Ebay now and their greed and stupid algorithms will be their downfall. Because when all the good sellers go what will eBay be left with???? 
6 days Ive been on the phone about this 12 phone calls and no one can fix the problem! Do you not have a department where if there is a problem with pre paid postage labels ie the seller can contact that department and eBay can generate and email the shipping label that the customer has already paid for when the technology on the site doesn’t work? I’m so furious about this issue! 3 items have to go today prepaid postage so already paid for labels I can’t generate due to a restriction that shouldn’t be there!

Also I couldn’t go and just buy more postage out of my own money to ship them (despite already having pre paid postage I can’t generate labels for) as on “simple delivery” I can’t see the address of the person.

I have had to cancel 3 orders today because of a known issue with eBay printing postage labels an error saying cannot be done at this time. Given that this prepaid postage option in simple delivery is now the only option going forward it is unacceptable that this issue is not fixed. 
as mentioned after 5 days and 12 phonecalls with no resolution the only suggestion being buy more postage privately with your own money even that couldn’t be done because you can’t update the new carrier with the tracking so it looks as though items have not been dispatched and people shouldn’t have to pay twice and then try and get that money back off eBay. Who is the one who misses out? Sellers getting money for their items, item not received requests, bad feedback over something that isn’t our fault. If this tech issue can’t be fixed or prevented then there needs to be a department that can pay for and issue labels promptly especially when eBay takes the money for those labels. I accept that there can be tech problems what I don’t accept is the poor resolution and lack of simple solution
