Right, so I purchased an item on the 8th of March, paid straight away and waited patiently until the 17th of March with no update of tracking or any sign of the item being posted. So I messaged the seller for tracking. On the 18th he messaged me saying, "send me your email address and I'll post it today" Instantly I'm thing red flags.. I told him I won't be giving my email address out so he cancels my order.. Moving on to the 23rd if March, I get a revised feedback so u gave my humble honest and constructive feedback to help other buyers to then for him to reply underneath saying, " he wouldn't give me his email ( which of course is not in line with Ebay policy) and he ended his paragraph with "the buyer is a scammer" It doesn't take much to figure this out but very sad that sellers like this are still allowed to sell on Ebay.... What do you guys think?

What was the last estimated date for delivery? One day after that date if the item still hasn't arrived open a case for item not received and escalate on day 4 if not refunded beforehand.
Try eBay Customer Services for them to remove that reply.
This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays
9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.
Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.
I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

You bought from an infrequent seller who only sells a few items from time to time.
When you bought the item, you should have expected it would not arrive quickly. It looks as if they have perhaps a 5 day despatch time set. You could see the estimated delivery date before you bought the item, and then again on the email you receive when you pay.
The seller uses DPD who do ask for the recipient's email address:

Hi their... Thankyou for replying . He had next delivery with DPD but after that he had the 31st of March and the item was bought on the 8th....
All i did was on the 17th was to ask for tracking so I had some idea when I would get it and to have someone in to receive it.
He replys on the 18th and basically says, give me your email and I'll post it today..
This is not something I would do with any seller and especially with it being a policy with Ebay not to give out info like that..
He then calls me a prat and cancels the order.
22nd of March He sends a revise feedback so I told the truth.
He replys underneath saying buyer won't give me his email address followed by scammer.
I spoke with Ebay last night and they have taken off his message.
I'm trying to figure what I've done wrong apart from excepting this nonsense from this seller.
Regards
Adrian.

Hello their
The delivery was next day with DPD and after this says 31st of March and I purchased on the 8th of March.
All in did was message the seller on the 17th to ask for any tracking.
He replys back on the 18th and asks for my email (which is forbidden to give out on ebay) and says ill post your item today.
I said very politely I'm not happy about giving my email out and would like everything including tracking to be put on the Ebay pg.
He called me a prat and then cancels the order.
On the 22nd of March he sends a revised feedback so I stated the fact seller was wanting my email address and I wasn't happy about giving it.
Or something like that, I can't remember exactly but I never said anything bad.
He replys underneath saying I wouldnt give him the email so he cancelled the order, then puts SCAMMER at the end.
So he's called me a prat and scammer, cancelled the order all because I asked for tracking and refused to give my email address.
Regards
Adrian
