Somebody please help!! I have sold an item and was forced to use the simpler delivery option which dictated who was going to pickup the item and what size and weight it had to be. When booking DHL to come pick up the item on the ebay app, it gives me the date but nobody arrived. I go back on and book through ebay again for the next day, but the same thing happened and it just gives me the following day to book each time. There is no number to call, no human to speak to, and the delivery is now overdue and I cant get any assistance what so ever! I am at a loss how to solve this.
