Someone help me out here please.
I sell alot of skateboard decks with box dimensions of over one meter in length. These parcels cost me £14.15 for a parcelforce 24 hour delivery service. Simple delivery lists no postage dimensions of that size and the maximum charge to the buyer for a 2kg (which is around what they weigh) is around a fiver. Where does this shortfall in postage costs come from?
what am i missing here?
