Simple delivery

With simple delivery the postage it charges seems to be less than I would have to pay.

I went to the page where you can change it and I changed everything to use Royal Mail and the flat fee of £5

but when i continued with my listing it won't change from Simple Delivery, what am I doing wrong I really done want SD

Simple Delivery is not a choice and it does have advantages for sellers - you are covered for the sale price of the item if it is lost or damaged in transit.

You could offer free delivery and pay for the postage service you want to use.

Then, you have to ask Ebay to refund the cost of the Simple Delivery label and you are not able to update the tracking.

Why don't you want Simple Delivery?

Re: Simple delivery

I just didn't think the cost would cover the cost of the postage, it would be a small parcel and it says £2.94

Re: Simple delivery

Ebay has negotiated special rates with the couriers and agreed with them to cover any undercharge.

As long as you entered the weight and dimensions when you listed, the simple delivery label will be fine.

If you list with buyer pays you don't buy a label.  Perhaps have a read of the simple delivery guidance?
