Simple delivery tracking not working.

Sold an item for £75 on the 15th posted 16th & tracked stated received at parcel shop & receipt was given. But it’s now been 10 days and the tracking hasn’t changed and the link taking it to the evri website doesn’t work either. Buyer said they’d let me know if it arrives but today is the day they can open an INR case. Who’s liable for the refund on this?

Simple delivery tracking not working.

As you used simple delivery if the item doesn't arrive the buyer can open a claim for non receipt and eBay will refund them,you wont be involved in the case and will keep your payment as you have the proof the item was accepted at the parcel shop.(well that's how it should work)
