What does this mean?
I sold 7 items . Six completed fine, printed labels easily.
7th one gives me this message.
1) There is no option to print a label.
2) It claims to have sent one by email but I have received nothing.
Where can I find the label it claims to have generated? E-mail has been known to get lost!
Surely there should be a possibility to resend.
Buyer has confirmed that he has payed for delivery, not collecting.

Go to the item on your orders list, click on the dropdown menu arrow on the right of it and you should see a link to "Get another label".

Thank you for trying to help but what you suggested is exactly what takes me to the screen that says "only one label can be generated for this order" I cannot find it, print it or find the email they claim to have sent.

You could try contacting ebay about it in the morning. You can ring them or request they ring you by viewing this link on your phone - not on a laptop or PC:

Failing that you could buy your own postage but would be paying that yourself.
