Simple Shipping - unable to cancel after post office rejected

With the new simple shipping I am unable to opt out and send via DPD like I have for years.  So Royal mail it is, went with the recommended size and weight.  Now Royal mail have rejected it as its 200g over the 2kg.  I am unable to cancel the shipping label and reissue one for the correct weight?  I could do this previously?  What are my options?  Cancel the sale?  Cheers

Yes, cancel/refund transaction with buyer's agreement and relist with correct postage weight for the buyer to buy again.
