Simple delivery keeps getting my size of item wrong.Not on all ocassions to be fair, but on the majority.All my items are small pacel,but simple delivery keep using large letter.Why?All my mount listings are the same so there should be no difference.Why can you not SIMPLY choose a different size?IE large letter to small parcel.I realise that ebay have done this so as they can make a few quid,but surely things could be easier to change?Why should i have to cancel an order to do this,makes no sense to me?
