Simple Delivery

I'm afraid I'm struggling. I understood that SD is not compulsory for a lot of smaller items costing less than £10 (which is a lot of my items). However, I've just tried to list something and the only option I am being given is SD. Can someone help me please?

The small item opt-out is for letters only.   But there is currently a problem with it which ebay are hopefully trying to fix.

Thank you. Most of my items are large letter size which cost say £1.55 (I send post free often) and I don't want to pay a fixed charge of £2.94 for something sold for £5 or less!
