Simple Delivery - why can I still select Custom Postage?

So, I thought Simple Delivery was the only option now for private sellers. I have just listed again today (>£10 book) and I am still seeing Custom Postage as an option. Is it just me? Have they changed their minds? Or is it simply delayed (hopefully forever!)? Anyone else still getting Custom Postage as an option?

It's a gradual rollout as there are so many sellers it will take a few days,sadly not delayed or cancelled forever

Nope, it's not just you, I'm also seeing this,  and so are many others.

However, peeps have also said existing listings have been changed automatically to SD, so I think it is just being rolled out in a ' staggered fashion'.

There have been no announcements here (yet?)  why this is delayed, but me thinks our hoping it has been completely shelved is one of ..... no hope! 😶
