Simple Delivery...........or is it!

Simple Delivery has always been a hard pill to swallow, an unfair system that only benefits eBay.  Suck up the cost of packing, don't worry that the buyer doesn't want to pay the buyers protection fee, just keep going or leave.  I think eBay has forgotten what they started out as.

This weekend I made the sale of 7 items.  Nothing large or expensive, just seven items from clearing my mums house.  What's my beef?

Today, I got the parcels ready for posting I noticed that 5 of them are using Evri as couriers.  As is my wish, I deselected Evri as I do not consider them a company worth using.  I don't approve of their drop and run delivery methods and so have excluded them since Simple delivery first came out.  So why has eBay decided that my wishes and instructions are not to their liking and changed them.  How very dare they!

Due to the bad weather I am now left with 7 parcels that will be sent late as I am unable to get out to drop them off.  Not true.  I have arranged for a collection for the two being sent by Royal Mail.

eBay.  at least have the decency to ASK ME if I want my instructions/choices changed.

I cannot believe that its just me that has this problem with eBay

Do check your settings again and make sure you only have RM selected.

There is something odd going on with the postage on your listings - hopefully the screenshots will make it clear.

When I look at the listing I see one postage cost [2.94] but it changes to a higher price [3.38] when I click on the item.

This is for the Easter egg boxes but it is a recurrent issue:
