Simple Delivery Query

Hi all, 

Looking for some help if possible as the Ebay "help"... is no help. 

I listed an item last year which sold today where I was paying the postage. Due to the delivery changes it had listed the item under weight and under dimensions but there was no way to change this once sold. I now have the Royal Main label and QR code but when I drop it off I know it will be underweight. Does anyone know what happens? Is it just a case of paying the extra or is something else going to happen? Have been through all other listings and checked ebays chosen postage, very very annoying.

You will have a label and you won't be able to pay the extra.

Personally, I would take the parcel to the Post Office (or the courier you have chosen) and pay to send it.

Then, claim the cost of the Simple Delivery label back from Ebay.

The tracking shown will be for the Simple Delivery label so will not show as delivered.

So, you can either wait for payment (14 days after the transaction) or contact Ebay Customer Services and ask them to change the tracking.

If it was Bargroves, you had it as freepost, so you pay postage anyway.

Make sure you add tracking to ebay,

has to be done on website, not app.
