Simple Delivery Message for custom order

I have received a custom order, but I am unable to view the buyer's specific requirements. The messages appear to be blocked or filtered by an automated eBay system, with a note stating the issue is being dealt with due to simple delivery.

 

As this is a custom item, I cannot begin production without these details. I need immediate access to this communication to meet my shipping deadlines and ensure customer satisfaction. Please resolve this technical block as soon as possible.

The issue lies with you, rather than Ebay.

Only private sellers have to use Simple Delivery.

Only business sellers sell all brand new items and create custom orders.

If you register correctly as a business seller, you will be able to communicate with your buyers to receive details of their orders.
