As a senior citizen, I do not own a printer, I also struggle to walk and it is almost two miles to our sorting office which is only open from 08:00-10:00. At the moment I purchase my postage through the Roual Mail app and the postman brings a label and takes away the package. Simple.
Also, a large envelope costs either £1.55 or £1.90 to send. With the so called Simple Delivery, if it’s over 100g, I have to pay £2.70. Ridiculous for a £1.99 item. Why do eBay have to mess around with something that works. I feel older people are being discriminated against. I can’t send anything after 15th April.
