Just been trawling through the many emails (some despairing) really about this, shocking the way we are being treated. Have been caused so much stress from this, really at the end of my tether and are making plans to leave after almost 10 years. Will not be dictated to and feel completely undervalued.
Had an email stating that SD will start on 15 April, well how come it already is then? A lot of information gives the impression it will start to roll out for existing listings on 7th April, but it already did for me today. Interesting, spoke to some in US today, they don’t have SD apparently, hmmmmm.
So, bear with me on this, a few queries some of you long suffering members may be able to help me with.
1. Today I sold something from an existing listing, unable to use the postage I had indicated with was RM, no option but Evri! I would NEVER usually send by Evri, they are appalling. Will this ‘option’ apply to everything I sell from now on, can I revert to RM? Not had the chance to check this out yet but someone may be able to advise.
2. Am I being forced to use Evri (I won’t and will close my account if that’s the case). What happens if my item is large I.e. too large and needs to go via Parcel Force for example or DPD.
3. What happens if my items are damaged if sent by Evri, my items are mostly breakable and they are on the ‘prohibited list’ so how can Inpossible be compensated for loss or damage?
If this is the case and I can ONLY use Evri then I will be doing the following, selling with the various options elsewhere or donating as to be honest it won’t be worth selling as no doubt whatever precautions I take things will get lost or broken and as I see it no compensation paid for the particular things I sell I.e. ceramics.
Happy to be straight on these points.
