I have advertised a heavy item for £160 and said shipping cost is £20 (which was a guess). I have an offer of £150 so ebay tell me I will get £157 including buyers protection fee. So does this include the £20 i.e. is the offer only £130?
Yes, a buyer offers what they want to pay so you get less because the bpf is taken off that amount. You could make a counter-offer to get the full amount.
