Shipping on bulky and heavy item in uk

I'm trying to list a Kayak for sale which weighs 24kg and is approx 1000 x 600 x 400 but can not get any option for DHL which is needed under the simple delivery option. 

I have tried changing my settings and also reading the issues other users have had even tried installing and using google chrome but with no luck, can anyone help?

The alternative is to try and opt out of Simple Delivery to choose your own postage.    See the advice on here:
