Shipping address Heathrow

I've sold an item to someone whose registered address is Hong Kong. When I try to print a label it is to an address at Heathrow international trading estate. In fact it's not really an address ZTO A20950. And when I try to print the label it says address incomplete. 

I've asked the buyer and they say they are now in London. I'm a bit concerned that this will go wrong especially since the address is not complete and eBay is asking me to amend it. If it gets lost, if it's some sort of scam I won't be covered?

Does anyone know if this is a genuine address that people can pick up from?

There are many forwarding Companies in Heathrow dealing with international post.

However,  if the address is showing incomplete, personally I would cancel the order citing ' Problem with Buyer's Address'.  This refunds the buyer,  and your seller performance is not affected.

If you still wish to sell the item to this buyer again,  send them a message that the item will be relisted,  but after buying before paying at eBay checkout to change the delivery address to the one they have now in London if they are sure they will be there in time to receive the item.

Only post the item to the name and address eBay provide for you on the delivery order.

If there is an issue again cancel the order as above and block the buyer from returning.
