On Friday 30th January 2026 I purchased an Apple HomePod Smart Speaker First Generation for an agreed best-offer price of £125.00, including shipping.

Since the seller lived reasonably close to me, I agreed to pick the item up from her personally, which I did on the afternoon of Saturday 31st January. The seller then told me that the shipping charge of £6.06 had been deducted from her payment and would be credited back to me. As of today’s date I have received no credit payment and no reference to a credit payment is showing on my PayPal account. Would you please investigate this as necessary and arrange for me to receive the credit payment as soon as possible.
