I sold something and it was sent by Royal Mail and not Everi like it says on the app. The buyer has messaged me a couple hours ago saying it has arrived but the app hasn’t updated so I don’t how to fix it so it can update and obviously so I can get paid

If you cannot manually change the tracking number and service yourself, use a laptop / PC and try Chrome to do this, then contact eBay Customer Services they will edit that tracking for you. Your payout should then be released 2 days after that delivery date.
This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.
