The buyer says they didn’t receive a QR code or 6 figure number. The buyer has received the item so how to I complete the sale and receive my money?

You should never release a collection item without first receiving and scanning that code.

Not only will your payout now be held for a minimum of 14 days,  you leave yourself open to a case for item not received,  and with no proof to show otherwise,  you would need to fully refund.

Ask the buyer to look through their order details,  their eBay messages,  emails even spam for that code it will be there.

If you do not receive it, nothing you can do to complete the transaction, money will be held,  and you'll need to hope that no INR case is opened.

So as long as the buyer doesnt say they didn’t pick it up, the money will be released to me at some point?
Kind regards,

It will be released.

The code will be in the first email the buyer received after they paid.

As said it will be released 14 days is the norm for ' untracked' items,  if you are a new or returning seller it can be held longer.  BUT, should the buyer be unscrupulous, and open a case for item not received,  you have nothing to prove they did collect the item.

It's very important to receive that code before releasing the item.
