I listed an item at £25.00.  It did not sell but I received an offer of £15 via an Ebay email.  I want to accept the offer but cannot find out how to do it.  Can anyone explain in simple terms to an Ebay ignoramus?

Reduce the price to £15.

You cannot just accept offers by message, you should have or add BEST OFFER then they can make a PROPER OFFER.
