Selling to a buyer who joined 2 days ago, has no feedback at all, never bought on ebay, never sold

Hi can anyone help. I just had a ps5 up for sale. I was offered £350 from buyer which i declined and counter offered amount of £450.  Buyer accepted my counter offer. My issue is buyer only joined ebay 2 days ago, has no sales, or buys, has no feedback at all. Has nothing. Im a bit dubious to this as im afraid may possibly be some kind of scam. Would i be within my rights to cancel order due to buyers lack of any feedback of any nature, & only joining 2 days prior to buying from me. Im very unsure what to do here as every item ive sold buyer has feedback. Usually 100% im unsure what to do. Im scared this may be some type of scam. Can anyone help please. Thank you.

You are as likely to be scammed by a high feedback buyer as a new one.  Perhaps they joined just to buy a PS5?  Everyone was new once.

You have no right to cancel the sale but you do have the ability.   It will lead to a selling defect because the reason you should choose is out of stock.

The  common  rule is to never sell something if you can't afford to lose both item and money.  It's highly unlikely, but possible.
