Selling items - Postage label

Hello

I recently sold an item. At first I bought a large letter postage label £2.70. However, when I went to the post office, a large letter was not big enough to firt my item in. Therefore I bought a large parcel and had to generate a new postage label from my ebay account costing £3.45.

Please can you help in how I can get a refund for £2.70 for the label I did not use.

thank you.

Assuming it's Simple Delivery the cost of the unused label will be refunded automatically in 30 days.

If you didn't use Simple Delivery try this

https://www.ebay.co.uk/ship/lmng/labels-history/seller-hub

On the left of the sales record use the drop down menu under 'Actions' click on that , then click  'Void Label'
