Selling but can't now see postage costs. Simple delivery not available?

I have been selling items with free postage and postage costs have always come up which helps with my pricing.

I just went to sell and it says that simple delivery not available to me and postage costs are not displayed.

Why?

This was a major issue yesterday for many,  and I can see reports coming through now that's it's happening again.

It took the best part of yesterday to solve for some,  and now seems the tech issue is back.

Hopefully this time, it won't take so long to fix,  you are not alone.
