Selling a car in the UK. How can I allow a foreign bidder to bid?

I have listed my car for sale here for auction on eBay UK. I have been contacted by a potential bidder from Europe who wants to bid, but can't place a bid. How can they bid?

You could try adding them to your buyer exemption list (button at the very bottom of this eBay guidance page):

Presumably they're able to collect the car and pay via cash or online bank transfer?
