I have just been to the post office and they informed me the item was too big to go as a medium parcel and that I could pay now to send through parcel force. I took this option so the buyer will be receiving the item in the next 2 days. However, this means the QR scanned for postage no longer relates to the delivery of the item and the item will effectively never show as delivered because the eBay tracking is not the tracking / delivery I have used. Please can someone tell me how I can amend the tracking so that the item shows as delivered using the new tracking information I have? Or if this is in fact possible and if not what my next options are?
