Sellers refusing to send items

So I’ve had this a lot on Vinted where sellers just cancel items purchased, no reason. But this is the first time in 25 years I’ve had a seller just refuse to send because they were having a little man strop! They had feedback already that said ‘seller refused to post’ but I took a chance. After 5 days I became suspicious, so I messaged them. They didn’t respond, so after 7 days I said if they didn’t not respond that I would open a case. They then responded saying as I had ‘threatened’ them with opening a case, they weren’t going to send what I’d purchased! I had two days left to wait before I could escalate and the night before they just cancelled my order. It left me no way to leave feedback or escalation and they obviously knew this as it was perfectly timed! I am so fed up of these people now! Anyone else had this? How did you report them to eBay, because I’m determined they are not going to get away with this and lying about the cancellation reason.

Sellers refusing to send items

You should be able to still leave feedback, don't mention anything about a refund or any cancellation,  just very disappointed not to receive my item.

There are few reasons for a seller to cancel a paid for item, what reason did they use?  If Buyer requests to Cancel, then yes you can report this to eBay say you did not agree to any cancellation and from messages sent can see you were eager to receive your item.

If you wish to contact Customer Services,  I strongly recommend contacting CS 8 a.m. on a weekday when the lines open for ' live agents' as then, there's more chance of Dublin answering.

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.
