Sellers note - eBay adding VAT to some listings

Dear All

I noticed a slow down in sales recently and discovered today that eBay is adding VAT to some of my listings. I have reported the issue and await resolution but I thought I would flag this up for others to be aware of just in case this is happening to you. You need to click through your listings or look at your shop front to check that the listed price is correct. It affect both the item and postage price.

NB I am not VAT registered and I have selected VAT included on all my listings (as I always do, 22 years selling on eBay). 

Hopefully this is not a widespread problem.

Others have experienced this, a member has spoken to eBay Customer Services, they explained it is a technical glitch,  they are aware,  and are working on it.

Though no timescale given,  for when this will be fixed.

Thanks - I now have confirmation from eBay support that there is an issue. Do you happen to know how long this has been going on for?
