I recently bought an item through them and want to return it. They don't answer the phone or return emails. 

Wondering if this has happened to anyone else?

If bought within last 30 days, just open an ebay return case.

If change of mind, you pay postage, if not as described, seller provides label.

Ignore seller & escalate on day 4 if no label or refund.
